• Usage information, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, browser details, language preference, and approximate device or network metadata.
• Character and chat data, such as characters you create, messages you send, follows, gifts, and related interaction history.
• Payment and billing data, such as subscription status, purchase records, invoice references, and Stripe customer or payment identifiers. Soulvai does not store your full card number.
• Support and communication data, such as messages you send to support, feedback, or abuse reports.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• operate the website and user accounts
• deliver chat, roleplay, discovery, and creator features
• process subscriptions, credits, and related billing events
• prevent abuse, fraud, spam, or platform misuse
• improve product quality, reliability, and localization

Public Character Pages

If you publish a character publicly, parts of that character profile may be visible to other users and search engines. Public pages are intended to be shareable and indexable. Do not publish private or sensitive information inside public character content.

Payments and Third Parties

Soulvai uses third-party providers to support account login, infrastructure, analytics, email, storage, and payments. Payment checkout and billing portal flows are currently handled through Stripe. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, or comply with law. We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and any content you choose to publish.

Your Choices

You may update profile information, manage parts of your account settings, or request account deletion where supported. Public characters may remain visible until unpublished or removed. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
