Formal terms governing access, subscriptions, credits, refunds, public content, privacy, and account termination on Soulvai

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Soulvai, including our website, public character pages, chat features, creator tools, subscriptions, credits or energy balances, support channels, and related digital services. By accessing or using Soulvai, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Soulvai.
Soulvai is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old and who can legally enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
You are responsible for:
You may not transfer your account to another person without our written permission.
Soulvai provides AI-driven companion, chat, roleplay, discovery, public profile, and creator experiences. Some features are free, while others require a paid subscription, credits, energy, or other paid access.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also impose or update usage limits, safety controls, technical requirements, or eligibility rules when reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with law, or protect users and the platform.
Soulvai is not offered as an adult content service, a dating brokerage, an escort service, or a platform for sexually explicit paid interactions.
Paid subscriptions, credit packs, energy purchases, and related billing flows are processed through Stripe and other supporting payment providers.
By purchasing a paid feature, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring amounts that you agree to at checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing settings available in your Soulvai account. Canceling stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel charges already incurred for the current billing period, except where required by law.
Unless we expressly state otherwise at the time of purchase, paid subscriptions, credits, and energy are non-refundable once delivered or made available. However, we may review refund requests in good faith when there is a duplicate charge, a clear billing error, a technical failure that prevented delivery of the purchased service, unauthorized use confirmed after reasonable review, or another situation where a refund is required by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights, statutory withdrawal rights, chargeback protections, or refund rights you may have under applicable law.

You are responsible for content you create, upload, send, publish, or otherwise make available through Soulvai, including character profiles, public character pages, text prompts, images, descriptions, and chat-related materials ("User Content").
You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide that User Content and that your User Content does not violate law or the rights of any person or entity.
If you choose to publish a character or other material publicly, you understand that:
You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Soulvai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, process, display, and distribute that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide the service.
You may not use Soulvai to:
We may monitor, review, remove, restrict, or report content or activity where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
Soulvai includes AI-generated output. AI responses may be fictional, inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, or inappropriate for your circumstances. AI characters are not human, not licensed professionals, and not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, mental health, crisis, or other professional advice.
Do not rely on Soulvai for emergency services, high-risk decisions, or situations where inaccurate output could cause injury, legal harm, or significant loss.
Your use of Soulvai is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete personal data.
We support requests to access, correct, delete, or review personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and on our Delete Account page. We may retain limited information where necessary for billing records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, backups, or legal compliance.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access, remove content, or refuse service if:
You may stop using the service at any time. You may also delete your account through the available account tools or by contacting support if you cannot access your account.
Soulvai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, perfect security, or that the service will meet every expectation or work for every use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulvai and its affiliates, operators, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will publish the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of Soulvai after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
